What do you think of online dating?

I like this one guy online I met in a chat room, and I totally like him. Thing is, he lives in Norway and is 18. I’m 13 and live in USA. Should I even try?

I dated a guy for 3 YEARS.
who i had never even met…
i was 15 he was 16.
and he lived in california…
i lived in OHIO.
and we fell soooo in love.
and it would have worked out if i didnt find his picture on GOOGLE.
yes…he was probably fake.
but, as long as your guy talks to you on the phone
(unlike mine)
and sends you LOTS of pictures…
tell him to actually take a picture of like..
a sign saying whats upppp
or something to let you know he’s real.
because you two could fall in love
online is the best place to do it.
i say YES absolutley it can work.
